Berchtesgaden Origins: First mentioned in 1102, Berchtesgaden’s natural monuments and historic salt-mining rights shaped the region’s growth.

Lake Königssee: Have a glance at Bavaria’s emerald lake and soak in the breathtaking alpine scenery.

Eagle’s Nest Ascent: Take the vintage bus up Kehlstein road then ride the brass elevator through solid rock into Kehlsteinhaus, known in English as the Eagle’s Nest.

Kehlsteinhaus Visit: Enjoy impressive vistas, sample excellent cuisine and marvel at this unique fusion of historic architecture and high-alpine setting.

Please note: The Eagle’s Nest is open from May 9 to October 25 each year and involves staircases; no elevator access beyond the brass lift.
