We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER TRANSPORTATION (m/f) to join our growing international team. You will accompany the entire booking process from the bid management process to booking, overseeing and coordination of the event, through to follow-up evaluation and database management. You are in charge of the entire process and think of every detail so that our customers don’t have to. Your performance will be judged by whether you make sure that INTERLINE GLOBAL provides an effortless and flawless experience.


  • Handling of national and international requests
  • Development and placement of detailed proposals
  • Managing of proposals until completion
  • Creation and alignment of transport plans
  • Performance control (including detailed assessment) with drivers and dispatch
  • Enforcing Interline / Carey Standards and review of on-time and in-full delivery of content components (including quality assurance)
  • Research and review of existing and potential service providers
  • Data management and communication with our partner companies


You have a bachelor or significant prior experience in commercial or logistic departments, ideally client services or solid background in event management. You are aware that this line of business requires flexibility, readiness to travel, living and breathing customer focus and obsession with detail while maintaining a view of the big picture.

Things get busy and stressful—yet you stay focused, clearheaded, friendly and on top of things. Your ability to focus, plan, negotiate and apply your common sense to any situation makes you an invaluable asset in the office and on site. You enjoy having responsibility and working independently while being part of a dynamic young team that empowers each other with support and sharing knowledge and resources. You are fluent in English (German not required), additional languages are considered a plus. Also, you’re personable—we all want to come to work with a smile.

To make things even more demanding—taking turns with your colleagues, you will be responsible for supervising the night dispatching of international services (usually once a month for 7 days) which requires you to monitor and deal with all incoming calls and mails during the night shift, punctually and professionally. While you will not be required to deal with daytime affairs during your night shift period and will have a compensational day off after each shift, this is a non-negotiable requirement of the job.
